In the attached screenshot, I was able to make this method work on my gtx770, but after it fried and I replaced it with an rtx2070, I haven't been able to get it going since. If you open Windows display settings, and scroll down to advanced display settings, you'll see it's a part of Windows. Someone higher up was speculating that active signal resolution might be an NVIDIA thing, and I just wanted to clarify that it's not. I can get it if I set it to only output to the 4k monitor and nothing else, but that is not ideal. Whether Display Fusion is set to clone the 4k display 1080p with another monitor, or if it's set to extend alongside my other monitors, it doesn't matter what I have the resolution set to it doesn't work. Just wanted to say I'm having the same issue.
